Perfect SZN (“we”, “us”) is a free browser game. This policy explains what data we handle. The short version: we don’t collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. The game runs entirely in your browser.

What we collect

Nothing is sent to us. Perfect SZN has no accounts, no login, and no server-side database of players. We do not collect your name, email, location, or any personal identifiers.

Data stored on your device

To make the game work, we save your game progress, statistics, and settings in your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and you can erase it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for goperfectszn.com.

Analytics & tracking

We do not use advertising networks, third-party trackers, or cross-site tracking. Fonts are self-hosted, so loading the game does not call out to third-party font services. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Third-party links

The game may link to third-party services such as a “Support Development” / Buy Me a Coffee page or social platforms when you share a result. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We never share your data with them; sharing only happens when you choose to.

Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Because we hold no personal data about you on our systems, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete. You remain in full control of the local data on your device and can clear it at any time. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us and we will assist. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Your rights (California / CCPA & CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not collect personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out; since we collect nothing server-side, these requests are satisfied by the local-only design described above.

Children

Perfect SZN is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we add features that change how data is handled (for example, cross-device leaderboards), we will update this policy and the “last updated” date above.
